Independence National Historical Park, also known as Americas most historic square mile, is where youll find several famous Philadelphia attractions. At the same time, he established the state’s first three counties: Philadelphia County, Bucks County, and Chester County. This week sees the return of Philly’s massive ODUNDE Festival, the largest Black and African cultural festival in the country. William Penn established Philadelphia in 1682.
